An exciting opportunity exists for a Marketing Manager within a Promat UK Limited, a company who specialises in fire protection and high temperature insulation. The role

• You will provide a key role in the revenue growth and profit contribution of the product to the company. You will be to provide strategic marketing management to maximise sales, margin, volumes and develop the Company brand, defined products and services.
• You will be responsible for the creation and delivery of the Marketing Plan on budget and on time and will ensure the effective resource utilisation of the Marketing Services function.
• You will provide marketing campaigns with the overall objective of enhancing sales leads and increasing the Promat brand within defined markets.

The candidate

With a solid background in Product Marketing from a B2B environment the ideal candidate will have considerable marketing experience, ideally in the construction industry.Educated to degree level

• IM Qualified
• Strong market analysis skills and adept at understanding customer needs. 
• Able and persuasive communicators convincing through professional competence and strong personality and possess the ability to understand different requirements of the individual markets and translate them into operational plans.
• Flexible and highly motivated individuals who is comfortable managing a team
